Personal Training

Get one-on-one coaching with 17 years experience at Mannys Fitness Program. Our personal training is structured, results-driven, and built to help you lose fat, build strength, and stay accountable.

Personal Training Packages

  • 4 Sessions — $320 total ($80 per session)
     
  • 8 Sessions — $600 total ($75 per session)
     
  • 12 Sessions — $840 total ($70 per session)
     

Each session is designed around your current fitness level, goals, and needed modifications.

Each Session May Include:

• Arrival and Preparation (5 Minutes)

Progress updates, check-ins, goal review, and any needed adjustments to your program.

• Stretching (10 Minutes)

Light movement, stretching, and activation work to prepare your body and reduce injury risk.

• Warm-Up & Mobility (5 Minutes)

Dynamic movement and mobility drills to prepare your body for exercise and improve performance.

• Customized Workout (25 Minutes)

Based on your goals, sessions may focus on:

• Fat loss

• Strength training

• Muscle toning

• Conditioning

• Core training

• Functional movement

• Beginner fitness progression

Workouts can include bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, assault bikes, battle ropes, sleds, sandbags, squat rack work, and more.

• Coaching & Accountability Throughout

You’ll receive hands-on guidance for form, pacing, motivation, and progression every step of the way.

• Cool Down & Next-Step Direction (5 Minutes)

Recovery work, stretching, and a plan for continued progress between sessions.

The MFP Beginner To Fitness Personal Training Program is designed for people who want to get healthier, stronger, and more confident before entering a full Boot Camp environment.

Learn pacing, endurance, intervals, rowing, bike work, ropes, and basic circuits.

Session 4: Boot Camp Preparation

Experience an MFP-style workout with modifications and a recommended fitness level.
