Our Services
Our program offers individual Online Personal Training which is where I will personally coach you online in an individual basis. The service included 3 online workouts per week, weekly check-ins, accountability, personal meal plan, and constant coaching and guidance.

All workouts and personal coaching will consist online including personal coaching in our Slack communication platform (an app specifically constructed for personal coaching and guidance). On some occasions, you’ll be part of our Online Live Boot Camp classes. Also, you‘ll be receiving other workout/nutrition instructions according to your individual goal.

  • If for some reason I’m unable to work with you, I’ll contact you as soon as possible.
