Our Services

 Our new service in the program will help you reach your health and fitness goals in your 4 week training regimen. This will allow me to personal coach you and guide you as much as possible in a consistent manner. I will personally coach you and give you direct and easy to follow instructions, advice, recommendations, adjustments and encouragement to reach your optimal health and fitness goals. There's no room for failure with this weapon of choice.
Your Coach Will Be Active The Following Times:
Monday-Friday 9am-10am & 4:30pm-5:30pm
Saturday and Sunday: Random

All workouts and personal coaching will consist online including personal coaching in our Slack communication platform (an app specifically constructed for personal coaching and guidance). On some occasions, you’ll be part of our Online Live Boot Camp (When Active) classes. Also, you‘ll be receiving other workout/nutrition instructions according to your individual goal.
